In short: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address, your consent and when you gave it, so we can tell you when Euro Fantasy Lab opens. Nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't use advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect, and why
- Waitlist: your email address, whether you also asked about "Beat your friend", the page you signed up on, the wording of the consent you gave and the time you gave it. We use it only to email you about the launch and the features you asked about. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Spam protection: the sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser for this check. It is not used for advertising.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
We don't set cookies for tracking or advertising.
Where it is kept, and who processes it
Your waitlist entry is stored in a private database at Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and acts as our processor under its data processing terms. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards in those terms (Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long
Until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, and at most 12 months after the full launch if you don't become a user.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything done before), and object to or restrict its use. Write to [email protected]. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and tell waitlist members by email if the change matters to them.
